I must admit that when I started in photography it was about 4 x 5 view cameras and 120 roll film - a far cry from today's digital domain. As such while I am pretty clued up on the density of a negative I am a little bit shy on the use of programs like Photoshop and all that it can bring. Rocklahoma 2008 Festival coverage is underway. The shoot was challenging with constantly changing weather conditions (rain, clouds, dark clouds, normal dawn to dusk sun movement, a very crowded photo pit, active and still artists, and set to set lighting changes. The D300 performed admirably under these conditions and never broke a sweat though the photog stayed pretty anxious shooting for the first time in all manual.
